Proofing

Does the regular cost of my photo package come with minor touch ups, or photo edits?

Yes. The images which you see online as your proofs are the low resolution versions, minus any edits. Edits which are automatically included once you order your photo are color correction, sharpness, and editing of blemishes on the photos. Additional edits are available, and can be viewed at the Photo Re-Touching page.

How long will it take me to see my Event proofs online?

Event proofs will be online and ready for viewing within 72 hours of the event. Generally proofs will be ready within 48 hours, but it is dependant on the size of the event, amount of competitors, and whether it is a multi-day show or single day show. I will do my best, however, for these to be online for your viewing pleasure as soon as possible!

Do you provide back drops for Portraits and private shoots?

Depending on the shoot, yes and no. Generally for Equine portraits, back drops are not used. Imagine trying to hold a large back drop behind a young 2 year old, it isn't always going to work so well. I shoot my animals in the environment in which they are most comfortable, because it shows in the photographs. If the portraits for your horse are to be set on a dark background, natural settings such as a barn entrance can be used to block the light and give a dark background.

For private shoots, such as human portraits, back drops can be provided if preferred to not be photographed in natural settings.

If I'm not happy with my photo(s), do you offer a refund?

Unfortunately, no. Once the image has been reviewed from the proofing website and the order has been successful, a refund is not available. However if you are truly unhappy with the print product, I will gladly offer you any other photo at a future time at no cost.
